Our Story

It started with Beans

Pudgy Bean started with a simple thing: loving our dogs enough to pay very close attention to the little parts of their care.

That became even more personal when we adopted Beans, a little French Bulldog with the folds, sensitivities, and big personality that make the breed so easy to adore. Caring for him made us look harder at the products we were reaching for and ask a better question: could we find everyday care we genuinely felt good about using with him?

When the answer was not always easy, Pudgy Bean began to take shape. We started by focusing on the things Beans actually needed, learning from the routine in front of us, and building products around simple, thoughtful care instead of adding more clutter to the shelf.

Beans is where Pudgy Bean found its name and its reason for being. But the goal reaches beyond one very loved Frenchie. We want to keep creating easier, more thoughtful care for the dogs people love just as fiercely as we love ours.

This is only the beginning of a much larger journey. We are starting small, listening closely, and building one thoughtful product at a time — for Beans, for our dogs, and for yours.
