We want you and your dog to be happy with every Pudgy Bean order. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll help.

Standard 30-day returns

You may request a standard return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email hello@pudgybean.com with your order number and the item you want to return.

90-day Gut & Parasite Support Drops guarantee

Pudgybean Gut & Parasite Support Drops are currently backed by the 90-day satisfaction guarantee stated on the product page. If you are not satisfied after trying the product as directed, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number so we can review your refund request. This guarantee applies to the Gut & Parasite Support Drops and is separate from our standard return window.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the issue. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for a standard return unless they arrived damaged or defective, or unless a product-specific satisfaction guarantee applies. We’ll let you know if a return authorization or other steps are required before sending anything back.

Return shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we’ll provide instructions for the return if one is needed. For other approved returns, any return-shipping responsibility will be explained when your request is reviewed.

Refund timing

Once an eligible return or guarantee request is approved, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different product or format, contact us. When an exchange is available, we’ll provide instructions based on current inventory.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
