Here’s what to expect after you place an order with Pudgy Bean.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders over $39.
- Express shipping: $15.00.

Processing time
Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During launches, holidays, or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Estimated delivery time
After the carrier receives your package, standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days and express shipping within 1–3 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
We send a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way. Tracking may take several hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address changes
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pudgybean.com. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Delayed, missing, or marked-delivered packages
If tracking has not updated for several business days or your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors, then contact the carrier and email us so we can help review the shipment.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
